The Circle-Keepers Mentorship for Holistic Leaders and Sacred Activists

  • You have a strong commitment to holistic justice and being in right relationship with the world

If so, this 7 month mentorship is designed just for you to expand your toolkit of personal practice, resilience, vision and voice in service to those in your immediate sphere of influence.  Through this process, you will be supported in bringing forth some kind of offering for your own community—a healing circle or other offering that best suits your context, gifts and desires.

Mentorship Includes:

  • Monthly Group Calls: 10:30-2:30pm PCT w/ 45 minute lunch break

  • Monthly 1-on-1 mentorship call with Kate, 1 hour

  • Monthly journalling prompts and actionable invitations

  • Bi-Monthly Peer-Facilitated Check-Ins, likely 1st and 3rd Tuesday nights, 6:30-7:30pm (subject to change based on participant needs)

  • 7 Simple and applicable practices to anchor yourself in your personal practice and your ecosystem of resources

  • 7 Tools for accessing and clarifying your unique gifts, message, and the contribution you want to make to your community

  • A Circle-Keepers Mentorship workbook, compiled over the 7 months, with journaling prompts, homework, design tools, and actionable invitations

  • 7 Seasonally specific rituals and practices for grounding your leadership in the cycles of your body and the Earth

  • Support in clarifying a specific monthly “next step” for your spiritual and leadership growth

  • A personalized step-by-step “Circle Map” for designing and implementing your Circle offering to your community

  • Step-by-step creative support and feedback through the process of bringing your Circle offering to fruition

  • Templates for gentle, trauma-informed, culturally respectful rituals of initiation, growth, release, and completion.

  • Diverse voices and culturally contextualized tools, resources and practices for addressing themes such as:

      • racial justice, cultural appropriation and whiteness in spiritual spaces

      • disability justice and accessibility

      • power dynamics and engaging conflict

      • economic justice and financial integrity

      • the balance of contemplation and action

      • spiritual bypass and the “wellness industrial complex”

Recommended pre-requisites:

  • Have at least 2 years of contemplative practice (meditation, centering prayer, or a body-based practice like yoga or a martial art)

  • Have at least 2 years of psychotherapy, somatic therapy, spiritual direction or comparable self-reflective healing work

Participants are strongly encouraged to attend as many of the calls live as possible.  All calls will be recorded for internal use.  Certain teaching portions may be recorded for outside use.
