What clients say:

“I wanted to begin the process of diving into myself as a leader of a yoga business in a world that is waking up more and more to seeing white supremacy in all its expressions. I trusted that Kate could hold that conversation in a safe way.  I had to overcome the obstacle of my own fear, but as a result I experienced a movement toward and exploration of something that is difficult in a safe and acknowledging way. A beginning.  I have always known Kate to be a gifted teacher and I trust Kate… I would highly recommend!  Kate is a wise woman and creates a safe space to move into difficult places…an amazing teacher.

I specifically liked being in a held community, singing, touching into difficult spaces through the body, coming back to the safety of embodied practice. I also experienced the benefit of connection to heart and connection to gut as the catalyst for more spiritual growth and learning.
— Erin Joosse, Source Yoga Studio Director, Tacoma WA
Kate was gentle, kind, trauma-informed, and inclusive - the activities were accessible to all in the group…It was a great re-set and group bonding activity, it helped remind us that we can take control of the tools we have and use for our own well-being.

Would I recommend? YES! Kate was inspiring.
